Program Management Systems Developer

Location: Greater New Orleans & Baton Rouge. TCS has offices in Baton Rouge, Metairie and Mandeville.  Selected candidate will be able to work from any of these locations.

Compensation: Competitive base salary, production based additional incentive pay and benefits package available. Details to be based on qualifications and experience of selected candidate.

Job Description: The Program Management Systems Developer (“PMSD”) is responsible for building, implementing, and maintaining QuickBase applications, dashboards, and integrations around custom program and project delivery policies and processes; often using scripts, APIs, and third-party integration tools along with native QuickBase functionality and web applications. The PMSD will work with senior TCS staff, subject matter experts, and external clients, helping to translate desired outcomes and processes into action, while ensuring performance, integrity, and security of the database. The position requires the PMSD to maintain a complete understanding of all applicable policies, procedures, regulations and guidelines developed for a particular project or program.

Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for the daily administration, configuration, maintenance, and end user support of Quickbase environment for end users, TCS, clients, subcontractors, etc.

  • Work with Senior Leadership, subject matter experts, and clients to leverage the understanding of a Program’s policies, procedures, and guidelines to develop reports, and provide analyses that forecast operational and financial performance, functional from the end user’s perspective. 

  • Work with external cross-functional teams (e.g., program, finance, compliance and monitoring, technology) to improve systems and reporting functionality, all the while prioritizing high-quality data.

  • Effectively work with teams to understand and define the end user’s perspective to aid in the development and enhancement of workflow processes and Program reporting. 

  • Evaluate system performance, maintain system integrity, and perform QA/QC of system processes and outputs.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • QuickBase Certification – App Builder or other suitable experience with Quickbase or similar low code platform

  • 1+ years of experience creating Quickbase applications

  • Advanced knowledge level in Excel

  • Proficiency with 1 or more programming languages (JS, Node, Ruby, Python, C#, etc.)

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and Javascript

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (computer science, information science, accounting, finance) or related field of study

  • QuickBase Certification – Expert Builder

  • 3+ years of experience creating Quickbase applications 

  • Advanced knowledge level in Excel including use of advanced formulas, charts, and formatting to create polished and “client ready” deliverables

  • Proficiency with 3 or more programming languages (JS, Node, Ruby, Python, C#, etc.)

  • Three (3) years’ experience in web-based technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) SQL experience (MsSQL preferred) and Google Apps, and a strong grasp of programming concepts.

  • Experience working within a Federal and/or State Grant Program

  • Self-driven & Dependable

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information

  • Search court records to remedy errors in chain of title.

  • Summarize restrictions that may prevent or hinder sale of property.

  • Draft legal transactional documents.

Closing Specialist

Location: Covington

Team Title has an immediate opening for an EXPERIENCED Closing Specialist. Recent title processing and/or government program experience is preferred. Complete files from order intake to closing. Must have extraordinary customer service skills. Position involves being a liaison between various external and internal departments. Strong attention to detail and organization and must have a positive attitude.

Qualifications: 

  • 1-3 years of Case Management or Closing Processor Experience

  • Qualia experience a plus

  • Government Program Experience a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Open and close residential files for purchases

  • Managing residential contract from open to closing

  • Order title searches and obtain lien satisfactions

  • Prepare and understand title policies

  • Prepare closing statements and other documents required for closing

  • Record final closed documents by e-recording and mail-in recording

  • Distribute post-closing disbursements

  • Precise accounting of each file

  • Assist with escrow reconciliation

  • Provide the excellent customer service to all external parties

  • Work individually, and with team, to implement Federal, State, and Program policies, procedures, and guidelines necessary for data acquisition, data entry, data analysis, and report development.
